Fauna Slovenia Fly Fishing Company is located in the small tourist town of Bled, known as the Pearl of Slovenia. Here you will find some of the world's best-known fly fishing rivers like the Sava Bohinjka, the Radovna and the Soca in and around of Bled, just 20 kilometres from Austria and 40 kilometres from the Italian border.

The Fauna Slovenia team is a small group of young people full of new ideas, yet we are the leading guide service in Slovenia and in the former republics of Yugoslavia. All our guides speak English and German fluently. We run a specialized fly fishing store which stocks products of all the well-known brands such as Tiemco, Sage, Simms, Loop, Vision and Wapsi. We also make our own line of artificial flies, which are renowned throughout Europe. We have also published Slovenia's only fly fishing guide.

Through this site we hope to offer our services to a wider circle of fly fishermen and to establish a genuine connection with our guests. Our main goal is to help you find out all you need to know about fly fishing in Slovenia and to help you with all your accommodation requirements in our new fly fishing lodge on the very bank of the Sava Bohinjka. Our vision is to preserve clean rivers, streams, lakes and nature as a whole. We support the use of barbless hooks. Indeed, almost all the hooks on our artificial flies are barbless.
